Here are some examples of realized projects in thematization and controlled experience:

Beachroom: A beach room with a 360 degree panoramic photo, where the guest, lying on a beach bed, experiences a summer feeling complete with the sound of the sea, the smell of sunscreen, a breeze and a sunset. This concept has been applied among other things at Corendon Vitality Hotel in Amsterdam and Hotel Van der Valk in Nijmegen.


The first Scandinavian concept store in the Netherlands: a bookstore with a Scandinavian character and appearance. In addition to the sale of books, there are also related products from Scandinavia for sale, there are lectures regularly and there’s a coffee corner. The space and tranquility that radiates the store is entirely due to the sensory perception that the visitor experiences. Bookstore ‘De Omslag’ in Rosmalen is furnished like this.


Controlled experience in the hospitality industry: in a public catering area, such as a reception desk or a hotel bar, a particular atmosphere can be brought to life with one press on the button. In this way, the ideal setting can be created with light, color, smell and sound for each target group and at any time of the day or season. This concept has been applied, among other things, at the Merwestein Sports and Event Center in Nieuwegein.
